Preliminary information
Truncate for Business Audit Report reports are automated preliminary scans of sampled public evidence and AI recommendations. They are not exhaustive, and diagnostic scores, findings, and suggested actions do not guarantee ranking, recommendation, revenue, or other commercial outcomes.
Acceptable use
You may submit only public websites that you are legally permitted to assess. You must not use the service to probe internal systems, evade usage controls, disrupt providers, or violate another person's rights.
Reports and accounts
Audit reports preserve the evidence and interpretation available when generated. Historical reports are not rewritten from later owner corrections; a later rerun creates a new snapshot. You are responsible for protecting account and report-access credentials.
Remediation guidance
Reports may include neutral remediation requirements and DIY guidance. Truncate does not sell or deliver implementation services through this application.
Availability and contact
External websites, AI providers, and email delivery may be unavailable or change their outputs. Truncate records such failures honestly and may pause work when safe completion is not possible. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@truncate.com.
